The Project

The complex consists of four buildings of five floors, each with a basement with parking spaces and cellars.
The restauration project aims at enhancing the existing finishes, upgrading them with new manufacturing technologies and plants, providing for the restructuring of the common areas ( entrance halls , stairs and condominium gates); arranging the common and private green areas; introducing of plant technologies and structural energy-saving to provide environmental protections.
